ENGLISH - 1^st trimester – Day 48 

1.      Write down Discovery Education website and access code:

·         WEBSITE:

• http://assignments.discoveryeducation.com
• (notice there is no www)

·         Go to computer  LAB 140 – to take Discovery Education assessment

2.      Before we go, pick up a CHECKLIST from center table

·        After you complete your Discovery assessment, check your paper for all 14 items and then have a classmate check it.

                                                  i.      Make any changes with a pencil or pen.

·         Collect today OR tomorrow

3.      Begin homework 

ENGLISH homework: 

For tomorrow, read short story: “Thank You, M’am” which takes place in the Harlem section of the borough of Manhattan (Literature book pgs. 134 – 140) 

Make final changes to essay with pencil or pen (if necessary)
